REGISTRATION FEE
  • All fees quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and will be subjected to 9% GST.
  • Travel and accommodation expenses are excluded from the registration fee.
  • Registration fees include:
    1. Access to all conference sessions
    2. Welcome Reception on 1 December 2024
    3. Gala Dinner
    4. Daily tea-breaks and lunches

Online payment is made to Spark Planners Pte Ltd through Stripe only.

 


BANK TRANSFER

Bank payment account details will be provided on the online registration form.

Please indicate the following for bank transfer:
(i) Please ensure that the conference name, “nanoMan2024” and the “name of the participant” are stated in the bank transfer
(ii) All bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at the source in addition to the registration fee
(iii) A completed remittance advice of the bank transfer should be emailed to the Secretariat, Ms Nicole May at secretariat@nanoman2024.com

 

CANCELLATION/WITHDRAWAL POLICY
  • Cancellations must be received in writing at secretariat@nanoman2024.com with the subject line “CANCELLATION” by 1 November 2024 for 20% of registration fee less an administration fee of SG$80.
  • There will be no refunds for cancellations/withdrawals received after 1 November 2024.
  • Note that a SG$80 administrative fee applies to all refunds.
  • There will be no refunds for “no show” registrants. The conference will not entertain requests to email out any conference publications and/or materials to “no show” registrants for the full or partial duration of the conference.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Authors need to complete their conference registration and pay their registration fees by 15 October 2024. Late payment may result in their abstracts and papers not being included in the proceedings, conference programme and any other publications printed for distribution at the conference.
  • Early-bird registration applies for fees received by 15 October 2024.
  • Payment of any outstanding fee amount owed to the conference will have to be completed online via credit card or bank transfer
  • For walk-in registration, standard conference items (e.g. printed programme and conference bags) will be available only while stocks last.
  • For “Additional Purchases (Optional)”, purchases are confirmed only upon receipt of payment while stocks last.

By providing your information above, you hereby agree that the Organiser and its agencies, affiliates, and any other parties directly involved in organising nanoMan2024, may collect, use, disclose and store your data for the following purposes::

 

  • Facilitating the management and logistics of the event
  • The appointed Event Organiser or nanoMan committee may contact you via email or mobile for any notifications related to the nanoMan2024 event.
  • Legal purposes where necessary, including investigations or proceedings
  • The available information is in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act – 2012 (PDPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY

Professional photography will take place during the event. By participating in the event you are consenting for nanoMan2024 Organising Committee and its partners to use the images and videos for any form of publicity usage such as website, media and publication purposes.

All Accepted Authors will need to input their paper number and lastname (surname) for registration
